Airline Delegates
Airport recruitment will focus on regional and those interested in developing new air services to their airport and we anticipate up to 150 airports from the Americas to be represented. For airline delegates wishing to select new services to airports within the Americas, Routes’ Regional Americas will offer a targeted and effective networking environment in which to achieve this. Attendance is FREE to airline delegates but delegate places at Routes’ Regional Americas are limited and are by invitation only, so please do not delay in securing your place as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
Attendees should have responsibility for the development of new routes within the Americas. They should be open to discussing new market opportunities with airports and be prepared to advise airports on what ‘support’ and market information may be required.

Meeting Arrangement
Airlines will be allocated a table in the meeting hall and this will be your base for the one to one meetings.
The event will allow airlines to gather important market information in a time and cost effective manner. Where else can you meet so many regionally focused airports and industry suppliers in one place? Can you afford not to attend?
Airports
Airline recruitment will focus on regional and low-cost and we anticipate up to 75 airlines to be represented. For airport delegates wishing to secure new routes with airlines in the Americas, Routes’ Regional Americas will offer a targeted and effective networking environment in which to achieve this.
These delegates should have responsibility for business development, especially for their airline route network. They should be able to discuss the market potential of their airport, and ideally be able to support any proposed new route with specific data relative to their market.
Scheduling is carried out in strict order of delegate registration, so register now to take advantage of a priority position when we begin the scheduling process.
Airports within the Americas may request meetings from our list of invited airlines.

Supplier/Observer Delegates
May provide a range of services and skills to both airlines and airports. This may range from the supply of data, software and consultancy services to the sale of new aircraft. In addition, Tourism Authorities or Hotel Groups may wish to showcase their region by taking an exhibition space or even a sponsorship item for a truly high impact presence.
